Why This Lot is Awesome

This lot is awesome because it is heavily wooded and private, yet very buildable and located among other established homes in a beautiful area of New Jersey.

This is How We Would Build on This Lot

For this project we propose a straight driveway be established to the build site. The goal here would be to remove as few trees as possible to protect privacy and cause the least amount of land disturbance. The home site could be placed to take in the views of the woods on the property as well as sun direction. The all wooded property would need the full treatment of ground work.

Sitting on New Jersey’s western side is Warren County. Spanning 362 square miles, Warren has a population of 109,632. This county, which is bordered by the Delaware River, is home to a handful of state parks, including Worthington State Forest and Jenny Jump State Forest. Warren County’s seat is Belvidere and the county also has a few larger towns like Hackettstown and Pohatcong Township.

White Township is a Township in Warren County, New Jersey. White Township was incorporated as a township by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on April 9, 1913, from portions of Oxford Township, based on the results of a referendum held on May 1, 1913, making it the second youngest township in the county. he township is located in the Kittatinny Valley which is a section of the Great Appalachian Valley that stretches for 700 miles from Canada to Alabama. Mount No More is a mountain that is part of the New York–New Jersey Highlands of the Appalachian Mountains. The summit rises to 1,142 feet.
