Why This Lot is Awesome

This lot is awesome because it’s well located in desirable Ulster County atop Wildcat Mountain, and comes with a 36 foot luxurious 5th wheel camper! The property has gorgeous mountain views and small on-site stream. In addition to the bonus camper, this lot also offers a 5000 watt generator, underground electrical lines, and an established blue stone crusher driveway. So much value!

This is How We Would Build on This Lot

For this project we would use the existing driveway which terminates where the camper is currently placed. The camper will serve as a great base camp during construction. We would extend the driveway a little further to develop the home site deeper into the woods. This will allow the current camper site to operate as is even after the new build is completed. A well and septic would need to be installed. Electric is already installed which will help save on overall site development costs.

Claryville , A hamlet by the northern town line of Neversink is located in Ulster County. Located amid the Neversink Reservoir and the Rondout Reservoir, Claryville is a very classic Catskill Mountain town, surrounded by natural beauty and peaceful nature.
