This is How We Would Build on This Lot

This project would begin by first developing an overall site plan to determine the benefits and potential challenges with the topography. Once a building location is identified the process of creating access onto the property and to the building location can begin. A driveway would need to be created by cutting down trees, moving out rocks and leveling out any steep slopes. The build location would also require some selective clearing to accommodate the foundation and septic system. A well would need to be installed as part of this ground work process. We would orient the new build to the south to get sun exposure throughout the day, in all seasons. We would recommend building a small trail system on this lot that connects to the rest of the property. Along this private trail system, we would recommend building an accessory dwelling unit, likely an off grid guest cabin.


Fleischmanns, this historic town was once a summer colony for wealthy aristocrats in the 1800s. You can still see evidence of the past in the many well preserved Victorian homes in the town set right at the base of the popular Belleayre Mountain.
