Just over a 2-hour drive from New York, this property is in the heart of the exciting new migration from Brooklyn to the Western Catskills.

Notch Road

This picturesque lot is situated in the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts. Just over a 3-hour drive from both New York and Boston, it caters to two major rental markets.

Brush Hollow Road

Positioned on a western-facing slope, careful clearing will unveil breathtaking sunset views. Our plan includes constructing a modified Dogtrot Standard with an added loft above the kitchen.
